Chicken Chow Mein Recipe in desi style

Chicken chow mein is a very tasty spaghetti recipe. This recipe is loved by every age group. You can even pack it for your kid’s lunch.

Chicken chow mein taste like bitter and sour. Due to ingredients, we will use in this recipe. If you don’t like the sour taste you can skip the tomato puree.

Ingredients for chicken chow mein recipe:

Chicken (boneless)
Tomato puree
Tomato ketchup
Black pepper
Chilli flakes


First heat the pan. Add oil in it and fry the chicken. Again take some oil. Add peas and fry them. Then add carrots and fry them for 2-3 minutes. After that add capsicum. And fry them too. Now add salt and black pepper and mix them now take out the fried vegetable in a dish. Chow men masala is ready. Again take some oil in a pan. Add tomato puree, ketchup, chilli flakes, black pepper, cumin, fry chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes. With slightly boiling add the fried vegetables. Now dish out the spaghetti, add chow men masala on it.
